Arthur and Pauline also built a studio named Northlight for their artwork. This has since been converted into a guest house with a kitchen, bath, and laundry area.

When Arthur and Pauline moved the materials from their Trevose home to build this home, they also brought full-grown dogwood trees, holly trees, rhododendrons, and azaleas to adorn the 1.96-acre property.
